Darum wieder halbjährliche Personalversammlungen in Präsenz mit einem Austausch an Informationen und Interaktion zwischen Beschäftigten und ihrer Vertretung den gewählten Personalrätinnen und Personalräten. Eine Stellvertretung der Beschäftigten, die klar Stellung bezieht für die Beschäftigten auf der Seite der Beschäftigten und das präsentiert.
